Members of the Trial Site Network agree to the following:

• Respond within three business days to patients who contact them through BCT's SecureCONNECT service
• Routinely update their staff contact information and trial enrollment status
• List investigator-initiated trials on BCT

SecureCONNECT is a free service that helps patients connect with research staff at participating BCT trial sites. By using SecureCONNECT patients can send a message to a research coordinator as well as invite the coordinator to review their online Health History prior to a first contact.
